Positive: The location was excellent, with easy access to a variety of ski slopes. The stop for the ski bus was right outside the hotel and is free with your ski pass or hotel guest card. We had issues with our rental car & were able to take the ski bus to Otztal Bahnhof to catch a train back to Zurich. We could get our gear on and be at the bus stop all in less than 10 minutes. There was an easily accessible ski room in the basement with lockers to store our ski gear and boot warmers. The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable and everything was spotless!
Negative: Nothing to complain about!
Summary: Excellent, quiet, comfortable spot and we'll return here if we're back in the area.

Positive: Back for the third time at this great address with a clear view of the Austrian mountains. Beautiful studios, a comfortable spa area, nice roof terrace with lounge chairs and an exceptionally good restaurant all in the same building. The place is always spotlessly clean and tidy, always smells pleasant, the service is impeccable, the staff are always friendly. Even received a present on my birthday. We love it here every time.
Negative: Nothing. Maybe a balcony parasol for those extra sunny hot days?
Summary: Feels like a second home.
